Cinco Grey Scandinave masonry for a modern Kars residence
This dedicated Kars project follows the masonry installation on a new custom home from the exposed building envelope to near-complete brick and stone elevations.
The work begins with flashing and membrane preparation at the foundation and openings. Consistent course heights then carry across the long lower walls, outside corners and window sills, creating a continuous masonry base around the residence.
At the covered entrance, the grey masonry wraps the walls and column beneath the timber roof structure. The light finish creates a strong contrast with the black window frames while keeping the exterior palette restrained and modern.

Flashing, membrane transitions and wall surfaces were prepared before the first masonry courses were installed.

Brick and stone masonry wraps the entrance walls and column to connect the porch with the lower exterior elevations.
