Ottawa Masonry Contracting Inc. completed the exterior masonry for this luxury estate home in Manotick, Ottawa. The work extends around the recessed entrance, three garage openings, tall windows, projecting walls, rear terrace and long secondary elevations.
Permacon Mondrian Stone in Grey Scandinave creates textured architectural features around the entrance, windows, terrace columns and prominent corners. Its varied unit heights add movement while respecting the residence's clean geometry.
Permacon Melville Slik Brick in Grey Scandinave introduces smooth horizontal lines across the garage wings, side walls and lower rear sections. Careful alignment allows the stone and brick to read as one balanced exterior.

Temporary enclosures protected active wall sections from snow, wind and low temperatures. Scaffolding, equipment and materials remained organized beside the sheltered work zones.
