Multi-Residential Brick Masonry in Wateridge Village
Dark-toned brick veneer documented across a three-storey residential elevation during active construction, including masonry around openings, horizontal bands and scaffolded work areas.
Project Overview
Dark-toned brick veneer on a three-storey residential elevation
Ottawa Masonry Contracting Inc. performed exterior brick masonry on a multi-residential building in Wateridge Village, Ottawa. The available project photographs follow the work across distinct construction stages in March and April 2022.
The documented scope includes field brick, soldier courses above windows, horizontal masonry bands and returns at openings. Scaffolding, work platforms and material-handling equipment supported progress across the three-storey elevation while adjacent wall areas and building membrane remained exposed.
Every available photograph was taken while construction was still active. The album does not contain a post-demobilization image or a verified photograph of the fully completed building, so this page presents the latest documented masonry milestone rather than a finished result.
The Masonry Work
Brick coursing, opening details and jobsite access
The construction sequence advanced the dark brick veneer across the elevation while maintaining the masonry details around openings and coordinating access for an active multi-storey site.
Field Brick and Course Alignment
Dark-toned field brick was carried across the elevation in consistent courses as each documented work area progressed.
Openings, Soldier Courses and Bands
Soldier courses above windows, horizontal masonry bands and returns formed visible transitions around the facade openings.
Scaffold Access and Material Handling
Scaffolding, work platforms and material-handling equipment provided access as masonry advanced across the three-storey building.

The four gallery photographs show separate views of the active masonry work; the hero and milestone images are also unique, providing six documented scenes without repetition.

Documented Construction Milestone
A three-storey masonry elevation advanced during active construction
The latest documented view shows dark brick veneer established across substantial portions of the three-storey elevation, with opening details and horizontal masonry elements visible.
Scaffolding, access equipment and unfinished adjacent work remain visible. This is a verified construction-stage record, not a photograph of the fully completed building.
