This Ottawa interior project features two separate white brick walls rising from floor level to the ceiling on either side of the central fireplace structure. The photographs document the brickwork and white mortar joints while the surrounding room was still being finished.
The brick courses were kept level across both walls, with consistent spacing and careful cuts at the ceiling, floor and electrical openings. Matching white mortar creates a light, unified surface while allowing the brick pattern to remain visible.
The masonry shown is complete; drywall finishing, the central fireplace surround and other interior finishes were still in progress when the final photographs were taken.
